This penthouse apartment has many balconies, for this reason we advise that
active toddlers will need to be supervised at all times.
We do not take bookings for all-male large groups.
No pets permitted.
The apartment is non-smoking.
Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival between 4.00 p.m. and 9.00
p.m. Departure by 10.00 a.m. latest (to allow sufficient
time to clean/prepare the apartment for the next guests).
Payment may be made in GB Sterling by cheque, or bank transfer.
Please allow 7 working days for payment to clear.
To book the apartment, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required, the balance being due
no later than 6
weeks before arrival. A damage deposit of GBP300 will be taken at this point and refunded
within 14 days after departure, subject to the apartment being returned in good condition
with no breakages, following an inventory check.
After your deposit payment has cleared your booking will be
reserved in your name, subject to the balance being received
and cleared, on or before the due date.
Any bookings within 6 weeks of arrival date to be paid in full, including the damage deposit.
Please ensure that all members of your group are fully insured for travel and third party liability.
Le Cret is a privately owned chalet so please kindly respect the other guests/residents right to late night peace and quiet.
