The luxury fitted kitchen has black galaxy granite worktops, a full-sized dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, and extractor hood.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, glassware and crockery for 10 people.

There is a kettle, toaster, fondue set and a complete set of cooking equipment: utensils, saucepans, cafetiere, casserole dishes, mugs, frying pans, garlic press, egg timer, egg slicer, electric citrus juicer, pizza wheel cutter, cheese knife, fish slice, cake slice, whisk, bottle opener, knife sharpener, wine rack, baking trays, colander, trivet, measuring jug, cheese graters, mixing bowls, water jug, milk jug, butter dishes, wine-cooler, salad bowl and servers, place mats, coasters, linen serviettes, linen tea towels, oven gloves and an apron, egg poacher, chopping boards and kitchen knives. Other items include egg cups, tea pot, coffee percolator and condiments.

There is also a steam iron, ironing board, brooms, fondue Safe-Fuel tablets, firelighters, spare light bulbs, fire-blanket, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, First Aid kit, dustpans and brushes, and a hoover.
