Paragliding
The Haute Nendaz launch site is at the top of the Tracouet
Telecabine at 2200m, with a landing field at the Nendaz sports
centre just across from the apartment.
The paragliding school will help you learn how to
tandem-paraglide and can be found on www.adamair.ch 
or www.nendaz-parapente.ch . There is a club of local paragliding pilots, who fly
regularly all year round.
The thermals rising from the sunny Nendaz plateau
enable paragliders to remain aloft, spiralling gently above the
town until they land safely. The experienced pilot does all the
hard work, leaving you to admire the wonderful vista.
